ENVIRONMENT:

T1 HDD SERVICES employees are aware of the importance we must place on completing a job with as little impact on the environment as possible. The T1 HDD Services field teams are knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of environmental protection. Specialized skills include environmental reclamation after the completion of a project, soil protection of grasslands, cultivated land, and forested white and green areas.

A fundamental requirement of the management team at T1 HDD is to ensure that our employees are educated and trained in the clean-up procedures, as a facet of a completion of any project. Some of the particular areas of environmental protection T1 HDD is skilled in include conventional oil and gas well site reclamations, conservation, and reclamation code practices.

Adhering to and surpassing the rules and guidelines set out by each customer, municipality or governing agency, T1 HDD 's employees use layered excavation procedures, seeding, and proper compaction techniques in needed areas. Although some agencies and communities do not have guidelines set out regarding environmental cleanup, T1 HDD believes it is essential to return a project area to its original state, and as a result, always use proper reclamation procedures.

In order to provide low environmental risk T1 HDD Services uses a drilling fluid cleaning system that will recycle any excess drilling fluid, clean it and return it as reusable drilling fluid, thus reducing the amount of water needed and also limiting the amount of drilling liquid that is in or on the surface.

T1 HDD also has a mobile frac-out containment kit that can accompany our equipment to any and all of our drilling locations. All levels of employees have received training as to what to watch for, and in the event there is a frac-out or a spill, they are trained to react and contain the spill as quickly as possible to ensure there is little to no damage to the environment.
